Here you will find information about projects that I was involved in and what my role was.
Team Tutorials
I am an author at Team Tutorials. We provide free tutorials to help others develop their skills. The topics include everything from development to Windows tips and tricks. I also designed and coded the current WordPress theme, manage the search engine optimization, and also manage the server for the site. I have some big plans for a fresh new layout and some added functionality that I know our users will love. Visit Team Tutorials.
Tutorial Grad
One of the may ways that got traffic to Team Tutorials in the early days was by submitting the site to several tutorial directories. After awhile the process got very cumbersome. I thought that there had to be a better way for authors to submit their tutorials. That is how Tutorial Grad was born. At Tutorial Grad a site submits their RSS feed and we do the rest. I designed and coded the front end along with the PHP base back end and MySQL database. Another cool fact is that once a site is submitted we automatically take a screen shot using a shell script. Major Incident Reporting System
I worked to revise a major indecent reporting system for one of the world’s largest organizations. I was responsible for front end user interface changes along with adding new functionality and fixing current issues. The system is utilized to notify the neccessary staff in the event of a major event such as a power outtage or 24 system issues. The work included HTML,CSS,ASP and database work.
